Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga combines deep breathing techniques with playful laughter. You are invited on a journey to explore simulated laughter in order to allow the genuine belly laugh to surface and become sustainable.

The practice of Laughter Yoga provides the potential for real life benefits in terms of your stress levels being lowered, your health being given a real boost, social circles expanding and/or improving, building resilience and resourcefulness, and being more creative and productive in the workplace.

Together we laugh and form strong bonds, with ourselves and others, that let you take on life from a different angle than the typical daily challenges usually shows you.

Laughter Therapy

Where Laughter Yoga lends itself to a very physical practice Laughter Therapy has the potential of allowing a deeper understanding of your laugh life.

The laughter itself creates the empathy that flows between a Laughter Therapist and the Laugh-ee.

Through Laughter Therapy you learn to leave your pent up emotions and stored up baggage behind. It is fun and challenging at the same time, and it leaves little space for pretence and faking your way through life.

A personal journey that works well with your team where it builds strong bonds, respect, and powerful and empowering communication.

Laughter Facilitation

A special laughter programme developed in the UK. Laughter Facilitation teaches you alternative methods of bringing about laughter, sharing laughter, smiles, and letting go of ego.

You learn ways to incorporate improvisation and stillness into your daily laughter practice.

Where there is stress Laughter Facilitation teaches you to release and relax.
