I’m so grateful to have discovered Laughter Yoga. I am introducing elements of it into my regular classes. It helps enormously with breathing and posture, as well as filling us full of happy endorphins and positive attitudes. This year I’m also intending to start a couple of regular Laughter Yoga sessions, as well as offering workshops to groups that request it.
One of the great things about growing older is that with any luck we’ve learned to laugh at ourselves when life comes at us from unexpected directions. Laughter Yoga presents us with a wonderful opportunity to channel that ability and turn it into something truly healing and worthwhile.
