Jill Gossland is a mother of 2 boys who encourages them to have a better understanding of the mind/body relationship.
She is a Forest School Facilitator and currently works part time at a junior school, scaffolding pupils in child led play, involving risk taking, having fun and developing a positive approach to life.
Laughter Yoga is the next step in her journey.
With pressures on learning and teaching in today’s society, she regularly sees life can get too serious!
She is also a qualified Holistic Massage Practitioner which is complimentary to good health and wellbeing.
She has benefited from Positive Thinking and Mindfulness courses and is a firm believer that your body can heal itself.
